So, the 37 Signals approach? Gut features and offer simple user interface? I'm all there.
Starbucks publishes a little brochure that takes you step by step through the process of identifying all the features you want in your coffee.
Not all stores stock it (or display it) but it is really useful.
Using it reduces the anxiety of the buyer.
If it's about the coffee, Starbucks needs to check out the Jam Experiment.

BTW why does your blog constantly refresh in Explorer? Most distracting.
